Steel structure is made up of steel materials and is a new type of building structure. The structure is mainly composed of steel beams,steel columns,steel trusses and other components made of H section steel and steel plate.
The joints between steel components is usually welded and bolted. Because it have character of light weight and easy construction,it is widely used for large factory,warehouse,workshop, stadiums,bridges and super high rise buildings.
This project is a modern industrial steel structure workshop project, located in a professional industrial park, covering a total construction area of approximately 12,000 square meters with a building height of 10 meters and a single-story large-span structural layout. The project is designed and constructed in full compliance with international steel structure codes and local building safety standards, aiming to build a high-strength, durable, safe and environmentally friendly industrial production and storage venue.
The main structural system adopts a rigid steel frame structure, which consists of hot-rolled H-section steel columns, welded H-section steel beams, purlins, wall girts, and integrated bracing systems. All primary load-bearing components are made of high-quality Q355B low-alloy structural steel, which features high tensile strength, excellent ductility and stable mechanical performance, effectively meeting the load requirements of heavy equipment operation, material stacking and wind and snow resistance in industrial scenarios. Secondary auxiliary structures adopt Q235B carbon structural steel, which balances structural stability and economic cost reasonably.
